Participant's Responsibilty
The Participant is responsible for all expenses in the home country incidental to travel abroad (passport, visa, vaccinations and international health certificate, airport taxes etc…), as well as for obtaining and complying with related regulations. ITC assumes the Participant is in good health. It is the responsibility of the Participant to inform ITC of any health impediment prior to accepting the invitation.
The Participant will assume responsibility for any other expenses, either related to private travel, private accommodation arrangements, salary, fees.
For the duration of the event, the Participant will refrain from engaging in political, commercial and any activities other than those governed by the event.
In case of cancellation of event or non-participation to the event, whatever the reasons for the cancellation, the Participant has the obligation to inform ITC and return to ITC or to the local contact such as stipulated by ITC all unused tickets or unused portion of tickets and any travel advance issued prior to departure.
